Afrivella, a platform designed to connect manufacturers with reliable suppliers
of high-quality cosmetics raw materials. By accessing or using our platform,
you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. Additionally, you must
be authorized to act on behalf of your organization if you are using the
platform for business purposes.
2. : You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account information. This includes ensuring that your
username and password are secure and not shared with unauthorized parties.
3. : You may not use our platform for any illegal or
unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

products or suppliers.

Engaging in spamming or phishing activities.

Interfering with the functionality of the
platform.

platform, including product descriptions, supplier information, and reviews.
However, by posting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for the
purpose of operating and improving our platform.
2. : Our platform and its content, including but
not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual
property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of
our platform without our prior written consent.
1. : Suppliers are responsible for ensuring the
accuracy and completeness of product information, including specifications,
pricing, and availability.
2. : Suppliers must ensure that their products comply
with all relevant laws and regulations regarding quality and safety standards
for cosmetics raw materials.
1. : We are not liable for any damages arising from
your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or business interruption.
o
Any issues related to the quality or safety of
products supplied through our platform.
2. : Our platform is provided "as is"
without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the
accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by suppliers.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform at
any time without notice if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your
use of the platform is detrimental to our business or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved
through Dispute Resolution Process.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the
platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated
Terms.
