1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us immediately.
We will replace the product with a new one at no additional cost.
2. Unsatisfied with the Product (Unmet Promised Results)
If you are not satisfied with the product because it does not deliver a result that was clearly promised and mentioned in the product description, you are eligible for a full refund after review.
3. Misunderstanding Due to Not Reading the Description
If the customer expected features or results that were not mentioned in the product description and did not read the details carefully, refunds will not be accepted in this case.
